Chef Tom and his culinary team use as many local, organic, natural and sustainable ingredients as possible, and make decisions every day to bring in the best available items from herbs and vegetables, to meats, fishes and cheeses.  We also are proud to serve an array of locally-brewed and craft distilled beverages.

Based on current menu offerings, seasonality and availability, we source from the following local artisan producers, purveyors and farm partners at both Prati Italia and Town Hall.
